Level 2 – Elevate Your Game
The Level 2 program is ideal for players who already have a solid foundation and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This stage focuses on improving technical precision, introducing match tactics, and boosting physical fitness. Players will work on ball control, strategic play in both singles and doubles, and develop the strength and endurance needed for competitive tennis.
Through a combination of technical refinement and tactical awareness, this program helps players become more confident, consistent, and match-ready.
Lesson Plan – Level 2
Each session is designed to build stronger technique, smarter tactics, and better fitness through structured and progressive drills.
- Warm-up (10 minutes):
- Mini tennis to ease into movement and control
- Baseline rally to activate timing and consistency
- Main Drills (40 minutes):
- Target practice to improve shot accuracy
- Four corners drill for footwork and positioning
- Cross-court and down-the-line rally drills for shot selection
- Lob-volley drills to build net awareness and reflexes
- Forehand/backhand combinations for stroke variety
- Strategy drills for singles and doubles matchplay
- Cool-down (10 minutes):
- Competitive games to reinforce learning in a fun, energetic way
